1 Introduction and Scope of Use

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement covering access to and use of the bn39 platform (https://bn39.bio), account registration, and any services offered. By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be 21+ to use the bn39 platform. If anyone under 21 attempts to play, their account will be closed immediately and any balance in that account will not be returned.

2.1 Registration Responsibilities

• Each person may only register one personal account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, contact number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Each account is for your personal play only. Playing or making payments on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

2.2 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

bn39 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time. If you do not comply with such a request, payments may be suspended or your account may be temporarily put on hold.

3 Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

• All deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).
• The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks.
• Deposits must be made only through the payment methods listed on the platform. We are not responsible for funds sent through unauthorised channels.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification.

• Withdrawals will be sent back only to the payment method used when depositing into your account.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be suspended.
• If any financial irregularities are found, bn39 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal without prior notice.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at bn39 come with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors can receive a 200% first deposit bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement for that specific bonus has been met.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of becoming available. They will expire after this period.
• Combining more than one promotion at the same time without prior approval is not allowed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5 Game Restrictions and Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited to protect players and maintain platform integrity—

• Playing on behalf of a third party using your own account (multi-accounting)
• Using software bots or automation tools to manipulate game outcomes
• Pre-arranging game results with a game operator or other players (collusion / match fixing)
• Carrying out fraudulent financial activity
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities with intent to disrupt the service

If any of these prohibited actions are found, bn39 may close the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.

6 VIP Program

At bn39, players can move up VIP levels based on their play and activity. Maximum weekly cashback rates available are—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, code, graphics, translations, game slogans, and content on the bn39 platform are the intellectual property of bn39. Copying, distributing, or reproducing them without permission is prohibited. User-generated content such as vouchers, bonus codes, and descriptions submitted by players may also be used by bn39 in a limited way for platform design and protection purposes.

8 Personal Data Protection

9 Service Suspension and Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Dispute Resolution

• If a complaint is not submitted within 30 days of the date the dispute arose, bn39 will no longer accept that complaint.

13 Amendments and Completeness

These Terms replace any prior service agreements between bn39 and players. If additional terms arise for specific game types on the bn39 platform, those additional terms will apply alongside these main Terms. If any individual term is found to be inconsistent with any applicable law, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
